We regard the federation as a commons of capability in civil society and here we consider the various kinds of contribution to be made in this commons by members of the federation.
A fund of gifted money is at the core, but the intention of the project is greater. It's a project of formación: cultivation of capability in civil society, to: - resist the digital coup - assemble and sustain alternatives thro contra-infrastructure(ing) - deepen civil society capability across the board, as a democratic force.
